Certified JBoss Administrator

A Certified JBoss Administrator has the required knowledge to install a JBoss application server for production usage. He understands the underlying mechanisms of the platform in order to be able to deploy applications, secure the application server, and set it up and integrate with other IT infrastructure. A Certified JBoss Administrator can also perform basic fine tuning of the application server and set the server up for fail-over and high-availability scenarios.

JB336 - JBoss Administration with Operations Network

JBoss Administration with Operations Network is targeted toward application support individuals, such as system administrators, configuration management and quality assurance personnel who wish to become proficient in configuring and administrating the JBoss application server (3.2.x and 4.x series) and the applications deployed on the application server.

Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites for beginning the certification process to become a Certified JBoss Administrator. Students must register for the required course work as identified below.

Exam

The certification exam is available to students of the JBoss for Administrators course within 12 months from completion of the training. The exam is available from our online provider for a fee of 100USD/100EUR per attempt. There are 75 multiple choice questions that must be completed within 24 hours of starting the exam.

Recertification

Certified professionals will be required to re-certify with every major JEMS relsease to assure that they stay current on the technology.
